Lynette Horn has been painting for more than 20 years.  The Ozark Mountains surrounding her home and the unique flavors of the Ozark culture are reflected in her work.

I paint light to counterbalance the world’s darkness., says the artist.  I’ve spent a lifetime telling stories in print. Now I’m telling stories in paint.  It’s all about the story.

She earned a degree in Communications and spent most of her career in journalism and creative writing, transitioning to art later in life. Her passion is painting representational and hyper-realism art.
